Prices and Ordering
All Casa2G ovens include the oven dome and floor, door, thermomter, 24" chimney with rain cap, and complete floor (2") and dome (3 x 1") insulation.

The Casa2G Series is a family of modular refractory pizza oven kits designed for home and garden applications. Each Casa2G kit provides everything you need to assemble a world-class pizza oven, including the oven dome, vent and floor, mortar, board and blanket insulation, the oven door, a thermometer, and a stainless steel chimney. Building a wood oven has never been so easy.

The Casa2G Series is available in four sizes to meet any home cooking requirement, ranging from a 32" to a large 44" round cooking surface.

The Casa2G oven dome is cast using high-density, high-alumina, vibrated refractory—far superior to old-fashioned, rustic ovens. The dome pieces use an interlocking design for a tight fit, better heat retention and better durability. The ovens to heat up quickly (less than an hour) and hold their cooking temperature for hours -- perfect for weekend entertaining, Thanksgiving roast and hearth bread.

The Casa2G cooking floor is made from large, 18"x18" compressed and kiln-fired firebrick tiles—the same quality found in commercial pizza ovens. The cooking floor is fully enclosed by the oven, maintains high heat for virtually limitless pizza baking, and is far more durable than cast and air-dried oven floors.

The pizza ovens incorporate a monblock refractory vent and chimney adapter and oven opening for easy installation and durability. The ovens include a 24" long stainless steel chimney and rain cap, a metal oven door and thermometer.

Each oven is delivered fully insulated, and includes 3" (3 x 1") of high-tech ceramic blanket dome insulation and 2" of ceramic board floor insulation.

We offer an optional decorative brick arch for the Casa series, giving the oven a traditional Italian finish.

The Casa2G oven can be assembled in virtually any style at the customer location, or purchased as a fully assembled Toscana oven from Forno Bravo.
