The Modena Kit includes everything required to assemble the standard Modena W and Modena G Series ovens, but in a knocked down format. Each piece can be moved through a standard doorway, or up stairs—enabling restaurants with limited kitchen access to purchase a complete oven. The Modena Kit includes the oven dome, vent and decorative arch, monoblock cooking floor, insulation, high temp mortar, metal stand and enclosure, door, metal chimney adapter, burner, electronic controls, and detailed assembly instructions.
The Modena Kit is available in four sizes, in both wood-fired and gas/wood combo versions.
