Your Forno Bravo UK oven is shipped by lorry to your home or business using Kerbside Service.
You will be informed by Forno Bravo UK when the oven has left our warehouse, and you will receive a telephone call from the shipping company a few days before the oven is scheduled to arrive, so that you can arrange a delivery time. The shipping company will place the oven using a liftgate on a driveway or on the pavement as close as possible to your home or business.
When you receive the oven, please take the time to inspect the oven packaging for any external signs for shipping damage. If possible, break into the packaging before you accept the oven, to ensure that there has been no shipping damage to the oven. Make a note of anything unusual on the shipping paperwork before you sign for the delivery.
Two people can then easily move each oven piece to the work site.
In the event that you find any minor damage you should still accept the oven but be sure to note the damage to the carrier. Forno Bravo UK will quickly send you a replacement part for the piece that is damaged.
If the oven is heavily damaged please refuse delivery and we will send you a new oven. |
