The frame is tubular steel with a custom wood or steel
surround and can be built to order in a variety of configurations.
The oven itself uses insulating heat resistant concrete
and a unique fiberglass shell to cut down on weight and
increase maneuverability.
This particular oven has a custom built fridge compartment
at the rear, fully integrated electrics, storage space
underneath the oven for logs, storage space at the front
for supplies and a large custom rectangular canopy which
covers not only the cook but nearby customers as well.
All counter tops are stainless steel for hygiene, durability
and ease of cleaning. The base has adjustable legs for
stability on uneven ground.
