Here at Forno Bravo UK we have a well-established reputation for building high quality wood-fired ovens for companies and private people interested in producing quality goods from natural and renewable resources. The UK side of Forno Bravo is operated by Alf Armstrong, a well-known builder of wood-fired ovens within the commercial bakery, restaurant and home baking communities.

Alf has a vast experience of building and renovating many different types of wood-fired ovens. His oven-building activities reach from renovating the famous French Chazal oven at the Village Bakery and restaurant in Melmerby, Cumbria and designing and building the oven for Bettys craft bakery in Harrogate to flying over to Washington DC to build a Forno Bravo oven for the Giunta/Hibbeln family.
